As a Project Engineer, Mr. Wilhelm will provide engineering design services, prepare project correspondence, and provide evaluations of existing structures. He will be based out of the firm’s Southpointe (Canonsburg), PA office where he will serve as the primary point of contact for building structures projects in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. He will be supported by a staff of five additional professional engineers and four designers focused on building structures across the firm.
Elizabeth Stober, P.E. Senior Project Manager B.S. in Civil Engineering The University of Akron
Stahl Sheaffer Engineering announces the addition of Senior Project Manager, Elizabeth Stober, P.E. to our North Canton, Ohio office. Ms. Stober brings 25 years of experience in the transportation industry. As both a project engineer and a project manager, she has expertly performed hundreds of drainage, stormwater, and stream hydraulics studies during her career. Additionally, she has designed and managed numerous high-profile transportation projects for ODOT and many local counties and cities in northeast and central Ohio. Ms. Stober has extensive experience with MicroStation, Geopak, and AutoCAD Civil 3D Software.
Some of her Northeast Ohio projects include the design of the City of Canton's 12th Street improvements (the city's first roundabout), the Firestone Business Park Economic Development Project for the City of Akron, Park & Trail Improvements at Atwood Lake for the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, and the Fairhope Nature Preserve Trails and Stormwater Controls for the City of Canton. Other noteworthy projects across the state include Old Man’s Cave Parking Lot Expansion, HAM-75-Thru the Valley Interstate Corridor Widening, and Ohio’s first superstreet corridor - SR4-Bypass Widening in Butler County.
Mark Haefner, P.E. Senior Project Manager B.S. Civil Engineering West Virginia University

Mr. Haefner brings over 22 years of site and civil engineering experience in site evaluation and layout, utility design, erosion and sedimentation control plans, permitting, feasibility studies, and stormwater management. Mr. Haefner, located in the firm’s State College, PA office, will lead land development projects for all locations. He has experience with commercial, residential, retail, education, healthcare, corporate, industrial, institutional, recreation, government, and civic projects.
Mr. Haefner's addition to the staff highlights the firm's growth in site engineering as a result of ongoing relationships with The Pennsylvania State University, municipalities, architects, developers, and state agencies.
