Stahl Sheaffer has a 5,000 sf full service soils and materials lab in Washington County. We specialize in Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) and Cold-in-Place Recycled (CIR) asphalt designs to support roadway construction. Stahl Sheaffer's services include subgrade testing, embankment stabilization testing, and roadway coring - allowing us to recommend effective FDR and CIR mix designs and provide quality control monitoring during construction to ensure efficient soil stabilization. Stahl Sheaffer’s Soils and Materials Lab in Washington County, PA is an AASHTO Accredited Testing and Inspection Agency. AASHTO is the national Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. On June 29th, 2016 Stahl Sheaffer received certification from AAP, AASHTO Accreditation Program formally recognizing the competence of the company to perform specific tests on construction materials to meet specific national and international standards. The 5,000 sf full service lab specializes in Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) and Cold-in-Place Recycled (CIR) asphalt designs to support roadway construction.
